The purchase or sale auctions are conducted with the purpose of disclosure, transparency and equal conditions to the parties interested in buying or selling power.
These auctions are conducted in conformity with the resolutions issued by  the National Electricity Agency (Aneel) governing energy trade in the Free Contracting Environment (ACL), under the following legal parameters: Law nº9074/95, Law nº9427/96, Law nº9648/98, Decree nº2655/98, Law nº10438/02, Law nº10848/04 and Decree nº5163/04.

The invitations to bid for sale will be made available at MPX website in a timely manner.
